Progress so far...

5.19.2016

Hello again! MagiSwap production is going pretty smoothly (other than a strage problem with the character controller) We debuted our game at iFest this past weekend and got some great feedback! We've been able to tweak a few things and are ready to make an appearance this Friday and Saturday at Power of Play!

 

3.10.2016

Hello! We are Space Squad making MagiSwap! This is the beginning of a real production of our game! Let's hope we all have fun along this journey :)! Our definite first step is diving into pre-production.


3.11.2016

Space squad had a good beginning! Nearly finished with our preproduction, finished the techinical direction and the art bible, and we might start working on assets the next week,  and so far there are no rocky obstacles (yet.) However, check out our blog for some cool asset concepts!

 

3.16.2016

I've said too soon, Space Squad reached their first obstacle! Two sick team members were absent, however, we were still able to start on 3d assets no matter what. We've started with out first level assets first--since the Alpha we will be releasing will be in April 8th.

 

3.17.2016

Programmers and artists are diving into production. Artists working on 3d assets, and programmers working on player control/inventory. Most assets are not textured yet, however were able to put in some in a very rough gray box level!

 

3.18.2016

Finalizing our first gray box level. Artists will put down their assets of what they've done so far, and continue to work hard on them! Character modeling we believe will be done after alpha! However we will definitely show cool progress on it!
